Charlie Allieri, Chief Executive OfficerAs CEO, Charlie utilizes his entrepreneurial expertise in building customer-centric, data-driven businesses to create and lead Imperium’s strategic vision. Charlie has an impressive career dedicated to developing innovative solutions and go-to-market models for B2B businesses, successfully launching four data-driven SaaS/DaaS products. Success in these ventures was derived from detailed assessments of solution assets and market opportunity analyses, combined with operational excellence and executional focus.
Prior to Imperium, Charlie was founder and President of consulting firm GTM Acceleration, where he launched a DaaS solution and company in just six months. Prior to GTM, he held the role of Chief Data Officer at Aberdeen group where he drove incremental value to customers and business operations by reengineering processes and rearchitecting platforms. iLantern and Kemvi were two additional entrepreneurial ventures that launched first to market predictive sales and marketing SaaS solutions applying analytics and machine learning to unstructured data. Charlie has also held leadership roles at several large B2B brands - Infor, NCR and Teradata.
Prashant Goel, Chief Technology Officer
As the Chief Technology Officer, Prashant is responsible for the design, development, and expansion of existing and new products at Imperium. He works closely with client services, marketing, and sales to analyze market requirements, implement IT strategy and incorporate new features into Imperium's products.
Prashant brings over 20 years of experience architecting and delivering sophisticated software solutions for a variety of industries including marketing, healthcare, commercial construction, banking and manufacturing.
Prior to joining Imperium, Prashant worked as Director of Software Development at a software development company providing software solutions for Bid Management. He worked on many large-scale projects and helped design and implement efficient solutions to create new web-based bid management products for the commercial construction industry.
Prashant previously worked at United Healthcare as Application Development Manager where he was responsible for providing comprehensive IT solutions for all the internal functions of a large 30+ million member organization. Prashant has held lead software development positions at Adaptive Marketing (Vertrue Inc.), Wipro Systems and Datacore Systems.
Prashant holds a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics and a Master's Degree in Computer Applications from Delhi, India.
Jennifer Weitz, Chief Customer Officer
As Chief Customer Officer, Jennifer is responsible for sales, marketing, business development, new product ideas and helping clients make the best use of Imperium’s solutions. She works closely with IT engineering to develop and incorporate new features into Imperium’s products based on market requirements.
Jennifer brings over fifteen years of experience in the marketing research industry and has held senior positions in both operations and supply management for some of the industry’s largest, and most well-respected global sampling and survey companies.
Prior to joining Imperium, Jennifer worked as Director of Global Access, Supply and Engagement Operations at Survey Sampling International (SSI), one of the largest global data providers in the world. Before joining SSI, Jen was Vice President of Operations at Critical Mix, a global sampling, survey programming, and data reporting provider. Jennifer started her career at Greenfield Online (which was subsequently acquired by Toluna). As Vice President of Global Supply, Jen played a significant role in transforming Greenfield Online from a North American sample company to a global respondent supply organization.
Jennifer is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Connecticut.
Paul Sideleau, Senior Director of Technology
As Senior Director of Technology, Paul is responsible for assisting the CTO with the design, implementation, and expansion of existing and new products at Imperium along with providing and implementing technical recommendations to solve business problems, improve processes, and deliver software faster without sacrificing quality.
Paul brings twenty years of experience building scalable applications in marketing, educational, and banking industries. He has expertise in software design and implementation using a variety of programming languages and database technology, agile SDLC processes, quality assurance, team building, dev-ops, and continuous delivery.
Prior to joining Imperium, Paul worked as VP of Software Development at Survey Sampling International (SSI) where he focused on continuous delivery adoption, performance improvements, enhancing legacy systems, production monitoring, build systems, fault tolerance, and software quality.
